Applications will be open from January 1st through January 15th.
Radiologic Sciences Program Application Guidelines
Application Window
Applications for all radiologic sciences programs, including Radiography, Diagnostic Medical Sonography, Radiation Therapy, and the Advanced Clinical Concentration for Radiographers, are open from January 1st-15th.
Note: Radiation Therapy program applications are only accepted every odd year
University Admission
Applicants must submit an application to, and be admitted by, the Â̲èÖ±²¥ (IUN) Office of Admissions either prior to or concurrently with their application to the Radiologic Sciences program if they:
- Have never been admitted to IU Northwest
- Were admitted to IUN more than one year ago but did not enroll
- Were previously admitted to IUN but stopped attending or graduated more than one year ago
Enrollment in coursework at another IU campus does not satisfy the requirement to be an admitted student at the IU Northwest campus.
Program admission profiles for acceptance reflect transfer coursework that has been evaluated through the Office of Admissions. Applicants who are not admitted to IUN and who fail to provide the Office of Admissions with the most current transcripts from all institutions attended, either prior to or during the application window, will not meet the eligibility criteria for admission.
Applicants who plan to satisfy a prerequisite or corequisite with AP test credit must have their official AP scores sent directly to IUN Admissions for evaluation. AP credit awarded by another institution does not automatically transfer to IUN, and failure to submit official scores may result in ineligibility for admission.
If you have any questions about your admissions status with Indiana University or to receive an undergraduate application, please call IUN Office of Admissions at (219) 980-6991.
Completing the Application
- Step 1: Select the appropriate program application.
- If you are applying to multiple programs, you need to complete and submit a separate application for each of them.
- Step 2: Provide Information.
- Complete and accurate information must be provided. Applicants are required to list and provide the most current/updated transcripts from all institutions attended. This includes college transcripts for dual credit courses and AP scores.
Submitting a Complete Application
Only completed applications will be processed by the program's admissions committee.
