The Office of Civil Rights Compliance (OCRC) at IU Northwest coordinates the University’s compliance with IU policies UA-01, UA-02, UA-03, and UA-22, as well as issues related to pregnancy. We handle complaints involving discrimination, harassment, and sexual misconduct related to students, faculty, staff, and visitors. Our office also ensures compliance on disability-related matters and hiring practices to follow university policies and federal laws such as the ADA, Title VI, Title VII, and Title IX. We also offer training and consultation around these issues to make IU Northwest a safe, fair, and respectful place to learn and work.
