The Staff Advisory Committee at IU Northwest, an initiative supported and established by former Chancellor Ken Iwama in 2022 seeks to promote the engagement, well-being, and awareness of our staff colleagues through intentional opportunities to provide feedback, collaborate, participate in campus events, and share ideas. The Committee, comprised of representatives from across campus and in varying roles, has been appointed by the Chancellor through a recommendation process at the department or division level.
